General Terms & Conditions for Tour Packages

• Additional VAT & Taxes will be applied
• Service Charge applicable on the above rate applicable for non SAARC countries
• No Service Charge for Infant and subject to 50% off for children
• The above rates are net and non-commission-able
• Hotel accommodation is strictly subject to availability at the time of booking
• The validity of the passport should be 06 months from the intended date of return
• Standard check-in time is 14:00Hrs and check-out time is 12:00Hrs.
• Hotel City Taxes, Coach, Toll & Parking are not included in any offer, if applicable in particular city
• Tips are not included
• Rates are subject to change at the time of actual booking based on availability
• Average rate: If the number of nights or travel date changes, the rate will change accordingly.
• No reservation held at the time of initial quotation. Rates and confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking
• Shuktara Travels reserves the right to amend or change the services without prior notice
• Offered rates are not valid for any group tour, during fair period and High/Peak/Holiday seasons
• 100% pre-payment in currency cash or bank deposit to respective bank account
• 25% additional charges applicable for single travelers on and above the single occupancy cost
• Transfer between 2100 hours to 0700hrs night surcharges are applicable
• Cancellation charges are applicable
• Upon receiving your booking request, Shuktara Travels consultants will start to assist you in building a pleasant tour plan according to your special requirements and interests within 24 hours
• It is highly recommended that your tour reservation be made at least 30 days prior to the actual travelling date
• Only full paid tours, will be considered confirm. Posted rates are subject to change without prior notice. 5. Inability to pay on or before the stated option date shall mean auto cancellation of the said booking. Please note that Shuktara Travels shall not be responsible for bookings that are automatically cancelled due to the lapse or inability to pay on or before the option date
• Shuktara Travels will not accept responsibility for the loss, injury, damage, delay or irregularity that may be caused to our client’s property arising from causes beyond our control
• No refund for unutilized nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out
• Complaints must be reported to the hotel / service provider on the spot. Shuktara Travels will not be liable for any compensation for a problem which could be rectified during the client’s stay, has the hotel/Shuktara Travels been aware of it
• No refund for all confirmed booking. No refund for No Show or on The Spot cancellation
• No refunds can be made in case any of the services included in our tour packages cannot be provided at the time of the tour for reasons beyond our control of such as caused by forces of nature, like rainfall making it unusable/accessible, typhoon, earthquakes or any other natural calamity that may occur
• All Deposit Payment is Non-Refundable
